AgentWork 社区开源了一份名为“魔搭紫皮书”的开源模型实战指南，共 8 篇、34 章、约 40 万字，覆盖模型选型、推理部署、微调评测到业务场景与 Agent 落地。它把原本偏专业的本地部署知识，整理成可迭代的公开文档，降低了开发者上手开源模型的门槛。
